Instant dry yeast , is one kind of single cell microorganism, protein content about 50%,also have high amino acid content and vitamin content. Mainly used as fermentation and nutrition agent for bread and cake making.
Ingredients:
Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), additives
food: emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491 antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300).
Directions for Use:
Mix with flour or add to dough during the first stage of mixing.
Store in dry cool place
