Description
High quality compound chocolate for designing various gourmet, it is also called as confectioners coating. Compound Dark Block Chocolate has many purpose, it’s used as decoration for desserts, even used to make dipping chocolates, chocolate fruits, chocolate designs, ganache, cakes, candies, et cetera.
Ingredients: Sugar, Fully Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Cocoa Powder, Emulsifiers ( Soya Lecithin (E322), Polysorbate 60 (E435) PGPR 90 (E476)), Salt , Synthetic Vanilla Flavor, Crystal vanillin, Ethyl Vanillin, Chocolate Flavor.
Store in cool place. Shelf life 12 months from production date.
