Ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Stabiliser (Pectin E440, Agar Agar E406), Acid Regulator (Citric acid E330, Tri-Sodium citrate E331iii), Flavorant (Caramel), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate E202), Food Colorant (Ammonium sulfite caramel E 150d, Tartrazin E 102, Brown HT E155).

Instructions: It is used directly or by adding water between 10% and 20%. It is used in pastry sector in products such as cream-cake, model covering, cake, cookies (biscuit) for decorative and covering purposes.
