Ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Food Colorant ( Titanium dioxide E 171), Stabiliser (Pectin E440, Agar Agar E406), Acid Regulator (Citric acid E330, Tri-Sodium citrate E331iii), Flavorant (Vanilla), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate E202).
Instructions: It is used directly or by adding water between 10% and 20%. It is used in pastry sector in products such as cream-cake, model covering, cake, cookies (biscuit) for decorative and covering purposes.
