Our Redman Glycerine is a syrupy, flavourless liquid that is commonly added into baked goods to keep it moist for longer periods of time. Glycerine is a form of humectant and so it attracts moisture from the air. This eases the process of making fondant or icing for cakes. Glycerine also adds a beautiful sheen to icings and fondant. Store in a dark and cool environment.
Redman Glycerine is vegetable based, and used in both baking and cooking to keep food moist and to enhance the texture of the food. This product is available in 500ml or 90ml sizes.
