INGREDIENTS: Cake flour, Sugar, Milk Protein Caseinate (Bovine Source), Glucose syrup solids, corn starch, Stabilizers (E450i, E450iii), Emulsifiers(Soybean Oil) (E477, E472a, E472b), Sodium acid pyrophosphate, Sodium bicarbonate, Xanthan gum, Tricalcium phosphate, Natural and nature identical vanilla flavor powder, Salt, Cocoa Powder, Chocolate flavor, red color.
Directions for Use:
Recipe 1: Red Velvet Sponge Cake Mix: 1000gr., Water: 350gr., Fresh Egg: 650gr.
Recipe 2: Red Velvet Sponge Cake Mix: 1000gr., Water: 250 gr., Fresh Egg: 750gr.
Recipe 3: Red Velvet Sponge Cake Mix: 1000gr., Water: 125 gr., Fresh Egg: 750gr.
Preparation: All ingredients are added to the mixer. It is poured into molds after 5 minutes, and baked in an oven at 180° C for 30-35 minutes.
Storage condition: Store in a cool and dry place, closed. It does not contain any additives obtained from pigs.
