Description
Ingredients:Glucose syrup, water, Sugar, Stabilizer (Pectin E440, Agar Agar E406), Acid Regulator (Citric acid E330, Tri-Sodium citrate E331iii), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate E202).
Instructions: : It is used directly or by adding water between 10% and 20%. It is used in pastry sector in products such as cream-cake, model covering, cake, cookies (biscuit) for decorative and covering purposes.

Storage: Must be stored in a bone dry and odour-free place. Keep the package closed after each use.
