I though this flour was just flour but it’s not, it contains baking agent. The flavour of the cake was ok, although not brilliant.

Arrived with no problems with packaging, made a soft, beautiful fluffy cake I never used vanilla extract and the cake still came out delicious, much better than standard flour as only required 1 sieve for a perfect fluffy cake.
